Cancel or manage your subscription

You can cancel or change your payment card at any time on Stripe’s subscription management page. No password is needed; you sign in with a code sent to the email address you used when you signed up.

How to cancel

1. Press the button above to open the subscription management page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up.
3. Enter the verification code (digits) that was emailed to you.
4. Choose “Cancel subscription”, check the details and finish.

About cancellation

• If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
• After cancelling, you can keep using the EA until the end of the period you have paid for (or the free trial). We do not give pro-rata refunds.
• When the period ends, the EA stops placing new orders and averaging-down orders. Exits for open positions continue.

If the verification email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and the email address you used to sign up. If it still does not work, contact us at .

If you only want to change your trading account, use the Change account number page instead (no need to cancel).
